Re-Registration for September 2024
Time passes so quickly in a busy place, and we have all been extremely busy this year in XIC.
Now is the time to start planning for another successful year with our Infants and Junior children in their brand-new facilities in Las Laderas as well as in the Secondary department where we are continuing the refurbishments that took place last summer. It is also an important time for families to confirm their places at XIC for the next academic year. Meanwhile we are welcoming new families to our XIC community and to the many waiting lists.
In school students and staff have worked with passion and dedication to achieve their ambitions in so many areas. For this they are to be congratulated! It is a further example of the success of XIC and the focus we have to accommodate the needs of every student. Our students’ happiness is our priority and as a consequence they continue to perform to their full potential and often they exceed expectations.
The investments made in XIC this year and those in the near future will be fundamental to the wonderful educational experience for our community. We will continue to provide you with regular updates on the new Primary facility. Construction is well underway, and we have begun our plans to move both Infants and Junior departments to these amazing new facilities for the start of the Autumn Term in September. We are all very excited about this opportunity to be able to match the quality of education we excel in at XIC with magnificent facilities.
We had an extremely full summer holiday refurbishing the Secondary site and students returned to see the whole school had been repainted internally, and new furniture placed in the classrooms. The Sixth Form Centre was completely renovated and BOKA was redecorated, and booths built to allow students a more appealing space to eat and study. We upgraded all the sport areas, painting the basketball courts and laying a fantastic astroturf surface. Further improvements are planned for this summer that will upgrade the site further, with new outdoor gym equipment, new furniture in and around Boka as well as extra shaded areas for the students to enjoy outside. The Sixth Form Centre will be enhanced to accommodate the extra students at this stage.
The positive experience enjoyed by those attending XIC is contributed to the commitments made by our staff, and we have been delighted to welcome a number of new and experienced colleagues to work alongside our already inspirational team. In addition, we will be welcoming a new Director of Studies to the Leadership Team to support the strong academic programme followed in Secondary.
As the reputation of XIC continues to grow within the community and further afield, we are experiencing unprecedented interest in the college with prospective parents wishing to place their children in school. Where this is extremely positive and complements the work done by all concerned, we have had to place many new students on growing waiting lists at all levels.
With this in mind we need to plan for the next academic year and would respectfully ask you to advise us of your intentions regarding the education of your children for September 2024.
Be assured that our absolute priority remains with the members of our XIC family, you are very much part of our community, and we look forward to guiding your children through the next exciting stage of their development here in XIC.
A place is reserved for all existing students provided you pay the 600€ Re-registration Fee, complete the attached form, and return it to us by Monday April 15th 2024.
After this date we have to advise you that the College cannot guarantee your child a place for next year, if you have not paid Re-registration, and we will be opening enrolment to the many new families interested in joining us in XIC.
The Re-registration fee of 600€ is deducted from your tuition invoice in September. Payments can be made by bank transfer or directly with our Administration Department.
TUITION FEES FOR 2024-2025 – PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNTS
We attach our Tuition Fees structure for September 2024, which includes insurance, so there are no further charges for tuition other than these fees. We are offering two pre-payment options which will qualify for attractive discounts and a payment option in two instalments:

Full payment before Sunday 31st July 2024: 5% discount

Full payment before Tuesday 30th April 2024: 5% + 2% discount

Two payments, to be paid before 15th August 2024 and before 31st January 2025: 2% discount
We will continue to apply a 5% discount for your 2nd child and 15% for subsequent children on tuition fees for all current families in XIC.

Fees and Costs 2024-2025
Initial Registration Fee, Year 1 upwards (non-refundable & non-deductible): 1000€ per child.

Tuition Fees can be paid in 10 monthly instalments (September 2024 – June 2025). Direct Debit forms need to be filled in and approved by the college.

Sibling Discount: There is a 15% discount for the 3rd child and subsequent children.

5% Discount for full Tuition Fees payments received before 30th June 2024

Additional 2% Early Bird Discount applied to full Tuition Fees payments received before 30th April 2024
All costs for books and accident insurance are included in the above listed Tuition Fees, up to and including Year 11.
In March parents are invited to re-register their children (up to and including Year 12) for the next academic year.
A Re-Registration fee of 600€/child is then due. This non-refundable fee guarantees a place and is deducted from the following year’s account. Failure to pay the fee will result in the student going on a waiting list.
Any late payments will automatically incur a 30€ processing charge and accrue interest at 6% from the due date.
